EntitleNow! offers the ability to sell products online and when integrated with ACROSS to deliver online or order (if you allow them) a physical copy.  Product metadata flows from RESCUE and ACROSS into ACCESS. Product definitions are then modified if necessary prior to making them available either to everyone (open web) or to selected account types (for instance partners). Purchases can be made with a variety of retail and custom payment options. Order information then flows back to the Entitlement Center.
ACCESS offers the ability to apply price tiers, promotions, taxes and shipping calculated costs to product orders. It can present materials in any language you define and allows multi-view pictures to be added.
Store Catalog
All your products including physical goods can be sold online from the same site. All orders can flow to your ERP system and then into the entitlement center allowing software ordered items to be available within minutes of the purchase and all without manual intervention. Best of all its open for business 7/24 and will even do inventory tracking to prevent sales if you are out of stock (not likely in the world of ESD) on physical items.
Catalog definition allows multiple pictures and different language descriptions to be added. Products can be classified and grouped. It can display as little or as much product description as you want in the format you want.
ACCESS makes cross-selling (showing related products) and up-selling (showing upgrades) easy to define.
Orders Management
With integration online eCommerce orders can flow into your ERP and ACROSS systems. Since orders form the basis of entitlement this means software orders can be taken and available within minutes.
Credit and bank card payments are processed in real time while other payment types may need your approval before releasing the order. |
