EntitleNow! SMB is focused on small and medium companies. It includes a standard set of features and services. It does not require nor use integration. OMS offers all the infrastructure (software and hardware) hosted at our location plus all the necessary administration and customer support services in order to free up your resources. Standard Plans
OMS offers a number of standard plans:
- Single Use Distribution where a onetime product version can be made available for a limited time.
- Electronic Software Distribution which provides a full ESD environment.
- eCommerce + ESD offers electronic store services in addition to ESD.
Administration Services
OMS supplies the resources necessary to load and operate the system. We will define your products, load content and release them, saving you time and resources.
OMS reduces the burden of product release and distribution by performing the central administration functions associated with these processes. This includes:
- Product Definition – this function builds and maintains standard BOMs (Bill of Materials) using industry standard part and revision control mechanisms.
- Loading Finished Goods Content – this function loads your content into the system to allow access to your supply chain and customers.
- Product Chaining – links base, update and upgrade products to ensure entitlement rules automatically allow access to intended product revisions.
- Product Release – once products are defined, loaded and approved, OMS makes it available to your customers.
- Importing Orders – orders are used as the foundation for base product entitlement so orders are imported on an ongoing basis create the critical between products and users.
- User Definition and Maintenance – users can be created manually or part of self-registration and/or order processing.
Infrastructure
OMS supplies all the software, hardware and network infrastructure necessary. We manage it and support your customer access to the site and their download activities.
eCommerce
Our eCommerce solution includes all the standard functionality including shopping cart, tax and shipping calculation at checkout, localization and pricing options. The application facilitates:
- Showcasing your products and allowing customers to: purchase base products, upgrades and renew service contracts, collect revenue and create orders that can be passed through to the entitlement center for electronic distribution.
- Creating product catalogs, pricing tiers, promotions and discounts, additionally, cross-sell and upsell customers as their self-service their purchases.
- Allowing customers to checkout and to pay via retail credit cards, bank/debit cards and other commercial payment options.
Products are not limited to those being electronically distributed. Physical materials (like hardware) can be included and shipping information and appropriate charges can then be applied.
Optional Services
Physical Order Processing
OMS can manufacture, pack and ship any requests for physical finished goods. OMS does this using JIT (Just-in-time) production and commercial shipping services to deliver your products (base, updates and upgrades) anywhere in the world.
Dynamic License Key Generation
OMS can build a custom interface to allow individuals with entitlements to products to be able to call your homegrown or commercial license key management system and return the product key. This is not included in the base plan pricing.
